酒店服务人员态度很好，送了一只小红兔，女儿很喜欢。房间打扫很仔细干净，住过许多星级酒店，这是很值得嘉奖的。

位置有点偏，房间没想像中大，进房间中发现有前面客人头发。不过服务态度不错。

偏商务了一点。如果作为家庭度假出游，酒店娱乐项目不多。不过离苏州乐园和苏迪糖果乐园很近。

在一线城市，苏州香格里拉大酒店也就4星的标准，房间很小，卫生间好像不是特别干净，还没有大的淋浴龙头，电视是原来老式的29寸，连液晶都不是，早餐也差了一点，同是苏州与金鸡湖的酒店差距很大，应该装修了。

My wife and I went for a Saturday night, in order to spend most of the weekend in Suzhou for our anniversary. Unfortunately the information about it being our wedding anniversary that I provided to Ctrip did not make it to the hotel, but once I told them they made sure to make our stay a memorable one. A guy in the Horizon Club named Peter Hao was particularly helpful and an all around nice fellow. The hotel itself is of course really nice, we stayed in a very comfortable room and were impressed by the fantastic service from the staff. The only problem we had was the food. We ordered from the room service menu twice and our food was average at best both times. The breakfast selection was good, but again the food wasn''t amazing. That is definitely the only bad thing I can say about the place though, so I''d recommend staying there and maybe eating at one of the amazing gardens in Suzhou!
